Solve/Next, WBI, and AFRL participants at the Fall "ThinkWrong" intensive.
In a dynamic week of collaboration, Nikolai Gregory Galle and his SolveNext team joined forces with the Wright Brothers Institute and the Air Force Research Laboratory teams for the third consecutive workshop. The intensive sessions centered around ThinkWrong, Solution Hypothesis, and Discovery Driven Development, aiming to bolster the development of a fully integrated product lifecycle operating model for digital transformation. This transformative initiative seeks to seamlessly integrate an innovation and performance methodologies, propelling the digital WBI, and efforts for the Air Force that serves to facilitate new era of technological advancement. The diverse activities undertaken during the week have equipped the participants with a rich array of tools for their digital toolbox. From ThinkWrong's unconventional problem-solving approach to the structured methodology of Solution Hypothesis and the exploratory nature of Discovery Driven Development, the workshop has broadened the team's skill set. These tools will prove invaluable as they engage with various Air Force teams, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

ThinkWrong methodologies can be designed to challenge conventional thinking and spur creativity, which has proven instrumental in shaping the strategy for modeling and simulation development and acceleration. For example, events like the upcoming Modeling and Simulation Jamboree, serve to outline the specific challenges faced by the Digital Capabilities Directorate and identify the key stakeholders involved. ThinkWrong methodology can provide a structured yet creative framework for this exploration, encouraging participants to think beyond conventional boundaries. This marks the third workshop in an ongoing collaboration between SolveNext, WBI, and  Air Force participants, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Nikolai Gregory Galle's team has been instrumental in guiding participants through their specialized methodologies, providing invaluable insights into ThinkWrong, Solution Hypothesis, and Discovery Driven Development.

The information gleaned from the event is not static; instead, it is seen as a dynamic resource to be refined and distributed accordingly. ThinkWrong's influence in this process ensures that the refinement is not limited to incremental improvements but extends to transformative changes that align with the visionary goals of the Air Force's digital transformation efforts.

The knowledge gained from this workshop sets the stage for continued progress and innovation within the Air Force. The collaborative efforts between SolveNext, WBI, and Air Force participants exemplify a dedication to pushing boundaries and embracing transformative change. The participants eagerly anticipate the next intensive, recognizing it as another step toward realizing a fully integrated product lifecycle operating model for digital transformation.
